The idea here is to keep everything outside of CommitProcessor as before, and only change the scheduling that is done inside the CommitProcessor, while keeping ZK's semantics. Basically, if we have an outstanding write, we can put it aside until it is committed, along with all of the following requests that are ordered after it. i.e., the requests that belong to the same session or other writes from different sessions.
