Hi Wendy,

Permission to change the wiki pages is currently granted only to committers and 
admin, I'm sorry. Perhaps you can create jiras and get a committer to update 
pages on your behalf?

Deployment of the site is currently handled by ASF CMS, so if you need an 
update to the site, including documentation, we need to check in your changes 
and re-deploy the site. Again, it needs to be a committer to change the site. 
I'm actually not sure all committers can get into CMS, so perhaps it is even 
more limited.
