Yeah, that brought the pre-commit job run down from 43 minutes to 8 minutes!
I'll investigate the failures more. {{LocalSessionRequestTest}} in particular
shows a bind exception, so maybe I missed a hard-coded port number. I don't
have a repro of {{StandaloneDisabledTest}} yet, but I'll keep trying.
