ZOOKEEPER-2275 is another new incoming issue where the presence of broken rpm
packaging code in the build has caused confusion. Can we try again to reach a
decision on this issue? Shall we drop rpm/deb/etc. packaging support within
the ZooKeeper build? Last time we discussed it, I came around to thinking it
was best overall, so I posted a patch that does the removal.
If instead the decision is to maintain it, then let's get ZOOKEEPER-2275 in so
that it's not broken.
