I'm sorry about the spam coming from JIRA ZK-2340, but there was someone posting arbitrary files (they looked malicious, but frankly I didn't dig any deeper). I asked INFRA to block the user, which they did (INFRA-10927 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-10927>).
