[~rgs] I did a search on previous Jenkins builds and there were a couple where
org.apache.zookeeper.test.QuorumTest.testMultipleWatcherObjs also failed, so
logged ZOOKEEPER-2497 to track this. Yeah I don't think this failure is related
to this JIRA / reconfig in general. The latest patch also passed my stress
testing on my cluster BTW.
