Hi committers, I'd like get some help to finalize and commit these patches that related to flaky tests. These patches are ready to be committed as they are reviewed and stress tested. Get them in will hopefully improve success rates of nightly builds and pre-commit builds, as well as making the builds trending graph looks nicer :)
