ZooKeeper server-server mutual authentication is implemented in {{branch-3.4}}
using ZOOKEEPER-1045 jira. The feature code is not directly portable to other
branches due to code difference. This jira can be used to "forward" port the
code changes to {{branch-3.5}} and {{trunk}}.
