[~rakeshr] Yes most previous NPEs have something to do with dynamic reconfig
(which was not existing in branch-3.4) and the quorum SASL auth logic. I fixed
it today but I need a double check to make sure it's the right fix. I will also
take care of the remaining failures. I should have a good build sometime next
week.
