There is a jira to check and fix it : https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-3122 But jirabot closed it :( So I planned to do a check up after assembly is merged in, but I'm getting strange errors on the PR, now javadoc warnings on a class that haven't even been modified. Anyway, sorry about that, the paths are bad... I did updated after some step of the migration, I even have a custom shell script somewhere to check the two tarballs (generates an ordered list of the contents I can diff, even the jars content with jar tf). I'll try to fix up the PR on the assembly in the weekend.
