I see that this test is flaky on the Apache Jenkins as well. It fails from time to time... (e.g. https://builds.apache.org/view/ZK%20All/job/zookeeper-master-maven/557/org.apache.zookeeper$zookeeper/testReport/org.apache.zookeeper.server/NettyServerCnxnFactoryTest/testOutstandingHandshakeLimit/ )
I will create a Jira ticket and take a look. Or if someone is already working on it, then please let me know...
