i want to start getting christopher's maven changes in! starting with https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/pull/1313 it's been a while since I've actually pushed. i wanted to make sure https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ZOOKEEPER/Committing+changes is still update before i followed the instructions there. (i was kind of hoping it got easier. the CHANGES.TXT thing is a pain!) can another committer confirm?
