Currently the only metrics providers are the null operation, default provider
and prometheus implementation.
Micrometer provides a single interface that allows easy integration with many
monitoring providers - a list of OOTB integrations can be found at
[https://micrometer.io/docs|https://micrometer.io/docs]
This ticket is to check whether there is interest in adding a ZK
{{MetricsProvider}} implementation that is backed by Micrometer. I've got one
implementation which we are currently using to expose metrics to JMX and I'll
be happy to contribute it back to the project if you think this may be useful.
