LICENSE names update when upgrade dependency

Hi, All:

    Do I need to update license files in /zookeeper/lib when I upgrade
jetty and netty to the most recent versions to fix CVE-2023-44487? The
content of these licenses are the same, but the license file names are
different. In another word, should we change the file name from
https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/blob/release-3.9.1/zookeeper-server/src/main/resources/lib/jetty-server-9.4.52.v20230823.LICENSE.txt
to jetty-server-9.4.53.v20231009.LICENSE.txt
