Hello,

Just proceed to a full backup of your dev jahia server as indicated here:
http://www.jahia.org/jahia/Jahia/devzone/pid/454#12
and reinstall the whole on your new server (...and of course you need to dump your database or to use the Jahia transfer value to another db option in the admin menu). If you have several virtual sites and you only want to keep one on the production server. Just delete the useless virtual sites once the installation is done.

If you dynamically want to export and re-import one (among many) virtual site based on a centralized authoring server on a read-only production server (e.g. export the public web site virtual site but not the intranet), this is currently not possible (but perhaps for a next release of Jahia as we are discussing this point with some prospects).

Hi,

I would like to know how I can move a virtual site from a Jahia instance to another. I developed my site on one instance and I want to move it to a production instance on which I no longer make any development.
I tried to copy everything related to my site from my development instance to my production instance but it is not a really proper way to proceed, and by the way, all the data contained in the jahia database is missing.

Thanks
Regards
