Have you just uploaded the pdf file on the WebDAV server or have you assign it to a Jahia file field (= mapped it to a container in order to appear on a web page)? Just uploading a file is not enough, it should be mapped to jahia page.
Else, yes please feel free to send your PDF to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for further analysis.
