For the "Cannot connect to your server URL at http://pst-intranet.serv.priv.fr" error I copied the tomcat/webapps/ROOT directory in my newtomcat_home/webapps/ROOT but it still does not work. Did I missed something?
Thanks again!

I cleared my browser's cache and my tomcat work directory but the problem does not go away.
I also noticed another problem that occur sometimes when I go to one configuration step to the following. For example I try to access http://pst-intranet.serv.priv.atos.fr/jahia/installation/?call=welcome_process&go=next but I get :
HTTP Status 404 - /jahia/installation/
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
type Status report
message /jahia/installation/
description The requested resource (/jahia/installation/) is not available.
Hello,
Is this an apache or a tomcat error? Are you sure that your apache/jk configuration us OK with your running tomcat?
First check if tomcat answer on port 7959 to
http://pst-intranet.serv.priv.atos.fr:7959/jahia/installation/?call=welcome_process&go=next
If yes, your problem is a JK conector problem. If not, it means that you have an error in tomcat. You should first fix it.
If I reload the page I do not get the error but the page appear. It is weird!!
I tried to add <Context path="" docBase="ROOT" debug="0"/> in my server.xml but I still get the same "Cannot connect to your server URL at http://pst-intranet.serv.priv.fr" error.
Do you have any idea?
Your webaps/ROOT direcotory should not be empty. Please copy the directory packaged with Jahia.
Thanks a lot! Jrmie

However, I encountered a problem when configuring Jahia. First of all, it has some difficulties finding images to put in the pages, I have to reload th pages several times to display them but I think this comes from my tomcat configuration and not from Jahia.
Did you clear your browser cache & tomcat work directory before doing this?
Also, the last step of the configuration fails. Jahia finds the directory of my tomcat "/MIDDLE/mm/pst-intranet.serv.priv.fr/tomcat1/" but when I submit the page I get : "Cannot connect to your server URL at http://pst-intranet.serv.priv.fr".
I check the URL and t works so I do not understand why Jahia fails.
You need to have an existing ROOT context in your tomcat during Jahia configuration wizard.
