Well,
now I get my .war file to deploy on Tomcat, but seems there's something to
setup further, you can not simply deploy jahia.war on Tomcat. I get a lot of
errors, showed by DOS consolle, attached at this mail as
jahiawar_log_consolle.txt. Final result is a Jahia error page, containing a full
error stack trace, here enclosed as JahiaErrorPageStackTrace.txt. For clarity,
amongst env variables there is TOMCAT_HOME.
Have an idea about what's wrong?

As St�phane told you, Jahia is not usable as a war file and the target war is no more used and should be removed.
You need to deploy jahia directly on tomcat to use it.
