Container list not up-to-date

I have a serious problem with container lists in the latest Jahia 4.0.4 version:

If I make changes (Add container/Delete container) in a container list, but do not publish them yet, then I logout/login again, go to the page with the list in LIVE mode and switch over to the EDIT mode. The content of the list remains the same as in LIVE mode, although I have made unpublished changes, which I should see in EDIT mode again.

This happens only in the case, when I first look at the page in LIVE mode and then switch to EDIT mode. It seems to cache the result and display the same again. If I switched to EDIT mode on another page and then navigate to my page with the list, then the list will be shown correctly with my uncommited changes.

This can be recreated on your Jahia demo, for instance on the page "Directory -> Customers and Projects". The wrong behaviour does not occur in "KBase -> Marketing", but I can't figure out why.
