You only need to deploy your webapp trough jahia once (so that it gets recognized by the jahia engine).
 
After that, deploy updates to the webapp either manually (directly on the filesystem, e.g. by replacing
a jsp with a newer version) or update the entire webapp by updating the war file using the appropriate
facility of the application server you're using (most likely tomcat, so you'll need to launch the tomcat
manager web app)

I've got a question about webapp.
I've deploy a webapp in my jahiasite, and I've developped a new version of this one. I want to deploy it and not loose ID declaration of the first, in order not to loose the link in my differents pages of my jahiasite.
 
How is this possible ?
(If I delete the first version, and undeploy it, and then I deploy the version, I must change in each page I used the old version, the webapp container, and make the link to the version.)
