Hi Chris,

Satellite links usually have huge latencies, so this might be a problem. But as Stphane said, we really have never encountered this problem before and do not have the setup to test such a case. My guess is that there might be some kind of TCP timeout or something.

 Serge Huber.

Hi,

To login or to simply access to the site? Are you using an Apache server
in front-end? SSL login? Perhaps a problem of session or cookie with the mod_JK or a SSL/certificate issue? What's exactly your config?

Else we never had this problem before on our side...

Hello. I received a report that a satellite broadband user is not able
to login to our Jahia site. The user can login when connecting via
dialup, so the theory is that there is an issue with the proxy that is
invoked when he's connected through the satellite ISP. Note that he
does not have trouble with any other website - just this Jahia

instance.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

thanks
chris
