Hi! I can answer your second question: the "jahiaLib" is the old version of the Jahia taglib; so, the current version of Jahia taglib is the "contentLib" one that is defined in your Jahia installation (see the end of your file web.xml). In the Template Guide Draft, the use of "jahiaLib" is taken from old code examples; you can almost in every case replace it with the "contentLib".
