I just found out some answers to my questions: 1. it seems like fields of a page are indexed as a group (per page), and that's why the use of "fieldname:" makes sense
2. the use of "fieldname:" in the Jahia search query allows to search only on certain fields I tested it. Ex: "chat AND fieldname:title" 3. no real answer...
