Hi,

You can rewrite the urls with an Apache server in front end (cf: http://www.jahia.org/jahia/Jahia/devzone/architecture/pid/360 )

Then you can perfectly have site (cf: www.unil.ch) with shorter urls.

BTW: you can modify the jahia/Jahia thing (please check the Jahia technical FAQ) and this is mandatory in Java (servlet name + context) so we can not change that.

Hiya,

Not sure if I'm missing something here, but I've been setting up jahia on a linux environment, and am going to run it through apache eventually.

Main question though - it seems that the url for a site I create is going to have a really nasty url once all the jahia stuff has been added. Is there a way of having the site at just www.mysite.com, or does it have to be www.mysite.com/jahia/Jahia/site/mysite/index.jsp?

Cheers

Martin
