It appears that a library is missing in Jahia 4.0.6 in order to correctly index Word files. For those who have not migrated yet, a new migration script is available online on the usual jahia.org download page. For the others, you can simply manually add this library. This does not concern Jahia 4.1 or the ones who migrated from Jahia 4.0.5 to Jahia 4.1.
