Content Replication Problem

We are running Jahia 4.0.5 on two servers in a clustered environment. 
The first page (server 1) has been updated whilst the second page 
(server 2) is different to the first and still seems to be in edit mode. 
 I am not sure how this happened, but the question remains - how do I 
get the live page on server 1 to be recognised/refreshed on server 2.

Or more correctly what is the best way to do this?
Can I clear out the cache - as in Administration - server and Cache status?
Should I republish on server 1?
Could this be a JMS problem?
