I think its not the correct build version you are running. Build 6083 is the build of the standard 4.1.1 release. If you have applied the slide patch and replaced correctly your jahia4.1.1_01.jar by the jahia4.1.2.jar (make sur you have only 1 jahiaxxx.jar in the WEB-INF/lib directory), you should be around build 6088 or 6090 (not sure exactly).
