What do you mean by "the Jahia demo source code"?
The Jahia product source code is fully available
on our web site: http://www.jahia.net/jahia/page559.html
If you want an export of the online demo, please
just connect on the demo with the root user, goes
in the Admin Center - Manage virtual site
settings and here you can download a full zip'ed
xml export of the online demo that you can
reimport on your own fresh jahia installation
(please go on the product download page in order
to get a ready to use prepackaged version of the Jahia platform).
