Yes but the JDK itself does not support all the ISO languages. Please check the SUN I18N documentation:
http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/intl/overview.html

or more specifically:
http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/intl/locale.doc.html

So we just list the ISO languages supported by java...
