Imposibility connect to jahia CVS

Hello. I have configured my IDE Eclipse to so connect me to the Jahia CVS and as  is specified in the http://www.jahia.net/jahia/page610.html  web page and it says to me that it is not possible to be connected. I do not have proxy. Is correct the servant of cvs? Thanks in advance. Regards.
