Hi,
By default, this is a 2 step workflow. So,
excepted if you are logued with an editor with
all privileges (read, write and admin on the
page), you can only "notifiy" the page
(read/write privileges) and then a content
manager should definitively "publish" the page.
But you should see an orange flag not a red one.
If you still see a red one, this perhaps mean
that you validate the page but some elements on
this page are still not validated (e.g. a
sub-page). Please check in live mode to see if
your content was validated or not (or in the
console to see if you have some kind of errors).
