Response of the database server has been slow due to piwik maintenance. This unfortunately is taking a very long time. The slowness impacts the speed of Bugzilla as well as other sites relying on the database server.
As piwik instance was not setup for a high traffic website, the current maintenance is needed, though unsure how long it will still last.
