I liked Version 4 better.  Version 2's greater focus on the shoulders  
(since it has the person cropped further down) doesn't add anything in

Founder: Version 3 definitely no good. Version 2 remains the  
frontrunner so far.
I like 2; the crown motif is clear, and it makes fairly good sense in  
context to me.

I'm fine with 5, though I like 1 even better.
