For those not on the feedback list, a large percentage of our emails the past couple weeks have been over privacy settings no longer working. MSN, AIM, ICQ all seem to be reported. Some recent changes in libpurple (which Zac merged for 1.3.7) were theoretically supposed to have fixed some issues with blocking on the AIM side of things but we're still getting reports.
Have any of you guys seen this issue yourselves? Most affected users describe being contacted by people that were previously blocked or people they don't know (even though their privacy settings are set to only allow those on their contact list). This is starting to become a little troubling. Would someone be willing to look into it? -Eric
