Alright, we're now up to three. Unless someone is eager to take on the role of
Org Admin, I'll start pulling together the answers for our application.
Deadline is Friday so I may toss it up on Smew for some SEE'ing to help us get
all the questions knocked out in a timely fashion. (Evan, we'll probably want
to have the Org payment [if we're accepted] go to our IMF account so I'll touch
base with you if we get to that point.)

The question now becomes, how many slots do we want to go for? We could be
ambitious and say 4, realistic and say 3, or even cautious and ask for 2 so
we'll have a backup mentor. IIRC we can give a slot back (if needed) once we've
been selected right?
