I took a stroll through history and found that DefaultBackgroundColor was added
in http://hg.adium.im/adium-old/rev/6b2900ffc8c6 and removed in
http://hg.adium.im/adium-old/rev/574682ce71a2. The wiki page's first rev is a
few months after that latter commit.
