When logging into facebook.com, I receive the following message:

"Your account has been temporarily locked because an app that you own was 
disabled. This is to protect and inform you in case you are unaware that you 
were a listed developer on this app, and to verify that your account has not 
been compromised. For additional details about the disabled app, please look 
for an email at your listed developer contact address."

I'm glad they mentioned it, since their email was sent to my spam folder.

Here's the email I received, emphasis added:

Well, that's helpful. :\

I can't get any "real time analytics" because the app has been deleted 
entirely. Not listed as disabled or inactive, but removed from my list, just as 
happened (silently) for our previous registration.

I have filed the 'form to appeal' through the link given. There, I said:
