I think it was either Iser or Evan, but I cannot remember back that far. I know 
I helped with feedback on it quite a bit on the first round, so that's why I'm 
thinking Iser or Evan.

Perhaps that's why I dislike this really. It seems like a *really* old design 
to me. Iser had a mockup to fit profiles for network locations into this kind 
of UI at one point. That was well over 7 years ago.
