A concrete plan of what to do with funds, as mentioned by others, is what's needed. If we found that such a plan called for money we don't have, a fundraiser would be a great next step. As it is, our problem is largely organizational, since we have talented people show up but find that there skills aren't effectively utilized. As Adium's often-absent 'lead developer' that's my fault. I welcome the efforts of anyone who would do a better job. The donate at adiumx.com PayPal address is not linked to IM Freedom directly, and those funds are technically income in my name.
