I agree with the idea, but I think we should make 2 things clear before we 
start this:

- Are official devs eligible for the bounties, or is this just to bring in new 
blood?
- How do we decide how much to reward each ticket?


To be blunt: I would not mind receiving some bounty rewards. :) However, I feel 
like it would be disingenuous if I started arguing about offering a bounty for 
a ticket and then collect it myself.
