It looks like all the databases are in /var/lib/mysql. I can copy the
files, but I'm pretty sure that's not the right way to backup a DB. :) Who
can help with this?

I'm not sure what the "full backup" is, but it's often a backup of cpanel
data, which isn't so useful for anyone that has done things from the
command line.
