Marc,
Is the purpose to avoid platform code update with the wrapper header file in 
MdeModulePkg?
Certain platforms they may require to not depend on MdeModulePkg but just 
depend on MdePkg.
Having SmmAccess.h in MdeModulePkg doesn't help.

It also bring confusing.
