CLANG9 CC flags reuses GCC48_ALL_CC_FLAGS. GCC48_ALL_CC_FLAGS is common GCC flags for GCC48, GCC49, GCC5 and CLANG38. So, I think it is fine to reuse it in new CLANG9 tool chain. 2. CLANG9 ASM_FLAGS reuses GCC5_ASM_FLAGS. It is same to common GCC_ASM_FLAGS. I Can use GCC_ASM_FLAGS.
