It will be better if you can create a local variable Length to hold "sizeof (UNIVERSAL_PAYLOAD_EXTRA_DATA) + ExtraDataCount * sizeof (UNIVERSAL_PAYLOAD_EXTRA_DATA_ENTRY)". So that Length can be used in BuildGuidHob() call as well.
