The DEBUG error levels are set incorrectly in several places. Examples (please 
check other places too):
- Line 213, 215, 275 etc. -  Should be changed DEBUG_INFO. 

Also, please remove the comment in line 251,

BIOS cannot find correct AcpiProcId in mApicIdMap because of there is no 
suitable map, that causes ACPI_BIOS_ERROR.
Remove mApicIdMap for determing AcpiProcId, uses normal countings instead.
