Handle the EFI_ACPI_DBG2_PORT_SUBTYPE_SERIAL_16550_WITH_GAS
id when generating an AML description of a serial port. The same
_HID/_CID as the EFI_ACPI_DBG2_PORT_SUBTYPE_SERIAL_FULL_16550
are generated.
