This series makes StandaloneMmCpu architecture independent so other
architectures besides ARM/AARCH64 can use it without creating new driver.
There are two parts in this series:
1. Remove ARM/AARCH64 code from StandaloneMmCpu.
2. Update ARM/AARCH64 entry point library code.
