I think that's a negligible benefit. In the scenario as I outlined for NestedInterruptTplLib, there is potentially one more interrupt stack frame, but in that case the inner handler can only consume a small and fixed amount of stack space since it will not call RestoreTPL() (and so will not dispatch events, etc).
