I am able to see the failing CI logs once I request for permissions on the same page and create a account on dev.azure.com.

For example in this PR https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/pull/13019 Build_GCC TARGET_FMP_FAT_TEST is failing, When I navigate to the page which shows the error logs I get 403 error message saying you don't have access.
