because smsc.c and smsc_p.h are depricated and should not be used by any
SMSC module anymore - all new ones should be done by smscconn.h as
stated in README
(hm, there should be indicator in smsc.h about that but I do not have cvs
rights anymore so I cannot write that into it :)
When talking about smsc vs smscconn, smsc_at should be converted at some
point to use smscconn, no other 'major' protocol relies on smsc anymore..
(emi2 replaces old emi, cimd2 replaces cimd1.2..)
